The Eagles must have liked what they saw from offensive guard Johnny Gibson at rookie camp this past weekend.

Gibson, a guard from Arkansas, was at last weekend's three-day rookie minicamp as a tryout player, but now he's made the team.

The Eagles on Tuesday morning signed Gibson to their 90-man roster, waiving wide receiver Dorren Miller to make room.

Gibson (6-4, 319) didn't go drafted and wasn't even a priority undrafted signing, but this isn't anything new to Gibson. He arrived to Arkansas as a walk-on player before eventually earning a scholarship in 2016.

Gibson is the fourth undrafted guard the Eagles have signed, joining Ryan Bates, Sua Opeta, Nate Herbig.

Just after the draft, it seemed like there would be great opportunity for one of those guards to make the roster. But on Monday, Stefen Wisniewski signed a one-year contract to come back to Philly. There's still opportunity for these four undrafted guards, but perhaps a little less.
