Eagles Injury Update: Jordan Matthews Returns; Still No Darren Sproles

Jordan Matthews (ankle) returned to practice for the Eagles on Thursday, but Darren Sproles (concussion) is still not back.

After missing the Bengals game, Matthews was able to play last weekend against Washington. He hurt his ankle during the Seattle game on Nov. 20.

Sproles has apparently still not cleared the NFL's concussion protocol.

Offensive lineman Allen Barbre (hamstring) was on the field for warmups, but left the indoor practice bubble shortly after, so we at least know he won't be listed as a full participant in practice when the report comes out later in the afternoon.

At the start of position drills, rookie Isaac Seumalo was taking reps at right tackle. If Barbre can't play on Sunday, Seumalo would be the replacement.

Halapoulivaati Vaitai (knee) was still not back at practice. He's been out since hurting his knee against the Seahawks.
