Jerry Jones has already made it pretty clear that Tony Romo won't get a chance to play against the Eagles in the regular-season finale on Sunday.
That's not stopping defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz from preparing for everyone.
The Cowboys (13-2) already have the top seed in the NFC wrapped up and don't have much to play for on Sunday. They'll have the option to rest several starters before the playoffs begin, which means the Eagles have to prepare for more players than normal.
"Well, we gotta prepare for both (starters and backups)," Schwartz said. "And we probably have to prepare for three different quarterbacks, not just (Dak) Prescott, who we've already played once and we have a lot of film on. And Romo, who has a track record if they play him. And then (Mark) Sanchez.
"So it does spread you a little bit thin. A lot of it goes to the quarterback position. Their run game's not going to change regardless of who's getting the ball. But wide receivers and how they work through those wide receivers, it certainly goes into game plan. You'd attack each of those quarterbacks a little bit different. It's kind of like facing their offense, it's going to spread you a little bit thin. Our preparation will spread thin. We're going to need a lot of focus this week. And be productive on the practice field because there is more than just one scenario you have to prepare for."
The Eagles have faced Prescott (this year) and Romo (many times) in recent seasons. And while the Eagles haven't faced Sanchez since 2011, he was a teammate of many current Eagles during his time in Philly in 2014 and 2015.

Schwartz said most of that extra preparation this week for the Cowboys' options will come in the film room. There won't be enough practice reps on the field this week to prepare for every possibility.
"If this was the first game of the season, maybe it would be a little bit different," Schwartz said. "I think we can change game plans within a game plan, depending on who's out there. Last week we attacked different than the week before and the week before. We build up enough that you can change [game plans] within a game."
