Carson Wentz With a McNabb-like Avoid-and-heave for the Early Amazing TD

Wow! That's not a bad way to start a season for Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz.

After a missed deep ball on the first play of the Eagles' offensive season, Wentz redeemed himself in an absolutely huge way on third and long.

Carson had decent time in the pocket but the pass coverage from the Redskins was pretty good. After his protection broke down a bit, Wentz made a couple of Redskins pass rushers miss in wildly impressive fashion before finding a wide open Nelson Agholor for the 58-yard touchdown.

It reminded me of the famous McNabb scramble and TD against the Dallas Cowboys back in the day.

7-0 Birds and Eagles fans are feeling the excitement early!
