Rain is definitely on the forecast for tomorrow’s Independence Blue Cross Broad Street Run, but that’s not stopping runners from gearing up for the big day. NBC10’s Karen Hua was at the Broad Street Run Health and Wellness Expo speaking to runners about why they run every year, come rain or shine.
