Joel Embiid and Karl-Anthony Towns Get Ejected in Sixers' Game Vs. Timberwolves

With the Sixers up 20 points in the third quarter Wednesday night vs. the Timberwolves, 75-55, it didn't seem like there was much drama left in the game.

Then Joel Embiid and Karl-Anthony Towns became entangled off the ball after a Towns turnover, Towns appeared to throw a punch at the Sixers' center, and all hell broke loose. Both players were ejected.

Below is the video of the incident.

It was a bizarre sight, in the fourth game of the regular season, to see star players scrapping on the Wells Fargo Center floor.

Embiid, who'd flexed his muscles after scoring inside on Towns earlier in the quarter, finished the night with 19 points and five rebounds. Towns had 13 points and six boards.

When the ejections were announced, Embiid waved his arms to encourage the crowd, and he received chants of "MVP" as he left the floor.
