Phillies Fly to Tampa

Phillies Fans watched and waited at Chickies and Pete’s last night in South Philadelphia as the Tampa Bay Rays took on the Boston Red Sox in the final game of the ALCS.

“We’re playing the Tampa Bay Rays,” said one excited fan.

“We got the Rays, easy series!”,  another Phils fans said.

Eager Fans lined up at a supermarket in Mount Laurel, NJ Sunday, to meet Phillies center fielder Shane Victorino, where the line was 700 to 800 people deep.  But, fans say it was worth the wait. "He seems very nice.  I’m upset I didn’t get a picture, a lot of people were trying to get autographs, so it’s understandable.  I love him.  Go Phillies,” Danielle Wildasin of Delran, NJ said after meeting the "Flyin' Hawaiian".

The Phillies knew they were getting on a plane today, but until last night didn’t know they’d be heading to Tampa.
