Philadelphia’s Glenn Ochal hit the water Monday morning as the U.S. Men’s 4 moved onto the Semifinals.
Ochal, a graduate of Roman Catholic High School, and his teammates edged out the Netherlands with a time of 5:54:88. Their time while winning Heat 3 was only the fifth best time put up in Heats.
The Men’s 4 advances to Thursday’s Semifinals where they will row in one of two races to decide which six teams advance to the Final.
