Local swimmer Noga Nir-Kistler won her first medal during the London Paralympic Games on Wednesday.

Local swimmer Noga Nir-Kistler won her first medal during the London Paralympic Games on Wednesday.

The 33-year-old Salisbury Township resident earned the bronze medal in the Women’s 100m breaststroke with a time of 1:50.76.

Nir-Kistler will compete in the 100 meter freestyle on Friday and the 50 meter butterfly on Saturday.
