Legendary Broadcaster Harry Kalas Dies at 73

The voice of the Phillies, Harry Kalas, died Monday at the age of 73.

Phillies and NFL Films legendary broadcaster Harry Kalas was taken to a hospital after passing out in the broadcast booth before Monday's game at the Washington Nationals, Phillies President David Montgomery told the AP.

Kalas was found by the Phillies director of broadcasting at about 12:30 p.m.

Kalas has announced Phillies games since joining the broadcast team in 1971.
