Desean Jackson Will Report to Camp Monday: Eskin

Desean Jackson will report to camp in Lehigh on Monday, NBC10's Howard Eskin reports.

Sources tell Eskin that the Eagles mercurial Pro-Bowl receiver will end his camp hold out and "absolutely" join the team at the start of next week.

Although Jackson does not yet have a new deal in place, he faces several costly repercussions for not coming to camp.  If he is not in camp by Tuesday, he'll lose his eligibility to become a free agent, which would undercut his bargaining position.  In addition, after Thursday, he faces a $30,000 a day fine for not coming to work.

Jackson, one of the league's leading receivers, is currently set to earn a little over half a million dollars this season.
