Sixers great Charles Barkley is no longer friends with Tiger Woods, he ESPN radio Wednesday.
Barkley, who appeared on the Mike Lupica radio show on New York’s ESPN radio, says he became fed up after Tiger decided to part ways with his longtime caddie Steve Williams. In fact, Barkley says the two haven’t spoken since revelations of Woods’ extramarital affairs surfaced in November 2009.
"It's been very frustrating to watch everything that has transpired, and getting rid of Steve Williams was probably the last straw for me,” Barkley said.
Barkley went onto say that he's just plain sad to have lost a friend.
"You think you're friends with a guy. You talk to him once a week for 15 years. You're like, this dude is my friend, we do things, we have fun together. I haven't talked to him in two years and I'm wondering what is going on,” he said during the interview.
