Anthony Rizzo Gives Father's Day Card to ‘Grandpa Rossy'

The Chicago Cubs are well-known for having one of the silliest clubhouses in baseball, but there’s something endearing about the goofy relationship between Anthony Rizzo and David Ross.

The catcher, known to the team as “Grandpa Rossy,” is currently playing in what will likely be his final Major League season, and Rizzo has developed a very deep bond with the veteran player.

One could even say that the duo have a father-son bond, and that was hammered home on Sunday when Ross posted this picture of a card that Rizzo sent him.

"Thank you for everything you have done for me!" Rizzo scrawled beneath the card's pre-written message. "Love your son, Anthony"

The term “#relationshipgoals” gets thrown around a lot, but it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that fans would apply that hashtag to these two players.
