Looking Back on Colin Powell's Philly Connections

Former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell, the first black man to hold the post, had connections to Philadelphia, including visits, a big honor and even a talking pedestrian crossing. The decorated general died Monday from complications due to COVID-19, his family said.
