President Barack Obama's planned two-day bus tour next week will include a stop northeastern Pennsylvania.
The President is expected to travel on Thursday and Friday through New York and Pennsylvania.
The White House has said Obama's stops include Syracuse and Binghamton in upstate New York.
The president is expected to discuss his plan for reducing college costs and improving value.
The White House says specific stops will be announced later.
