"Our story is 100 percent accurate," the spokesperson added. Access' source would neither confirm nor deny Radar Online's story.

Additionally, a Cedars-Sinai spokesperson would not answer questions when reached by Access on Sunday.

According to a TMZ report, David's lawyer, Mel Goldsman, alleged that Pamela was behind the hospitalization story and "in violation of the court's order precluding contacting the media regarding her ex-husband."
