Satellite Photos Show Activity at North Korea Launch Site

A U.S. research institute said Tuesday that North Korea is upgrading its main rocket launch site and it has conducted a series of engine tests to develop a missile program that could increase the threat it poses to the U.S. The findings are based on satellite photos of the the west coast of Sohae. The photos indicate that it has made significant progress upgrading facilities to launch rockets bigger than the one fired off in December 2012.
