Ahead of President Donald Trump’s first address of a joint session of Congress on Tuesday, there will be a rally against the new administration in front of the White House, led in part by actress and television personality Rosie O’Donnell.
In partnership with the ACLU, MoveOn.org Civic Action, National Nurses United, Hip Hop Caucus, DailyKos, Our Revolution and others, anti-Trump protesters will rally together to protest the president’s agenda, which “does not represent the values of the American people.”

Speakers at the event will include people who say they were directly affected by Trump’s first month in office, including members of LGBTQ community, environmental groups and immigrants rights groups.
"We rally not only to resist but to build a movement of millions working for social, environmental and economic justice,” Larry Cohen of Our Revolution said in a statement.
The feud between O’Donnell and Trump spans years. During her tenure on “The View” O’Donnell was openly critical of Trump, and he infamously called her a “pig” during a Republican presidential primary debate. O’Donnell has tweeted openly against the Trump administration, and even offered to play adviser Stephen Bannon for “Saturday Night Live.”
“WHAT WE #RESIST IS YOU - P---- GRABBING PHONY CONMAN - U R DONE DONNIE,” she tweeted on Monday.
