Prosecutors in the Colorado theater shooting case hinted they may want to search for additional evidence or look for more documents, although they aren't publicly stating their reason, The Associated Press reported. In a motion released Monday, prosecutors asked an Arapahoe County District judge Jr. to keep secret any future requests they might make, such as a search warrant. The prosecution is seeking the death penalty for 26-year-old James Holmes, the shooter in the July 2012 attack of the Denver suburb of Aurora, that killed 12 people.
