Pink Returns to Stage After Painful Fall

The old adage, “the show must go on,” has new meaning for pop star Pink.

Just one day after she fell out of a harness and into a steel barricade during a performance in Nurnberg, Germany, she returned to the stage on Friday to continue her European tour, reported Us Magazine

“Well, we did it!!!” Pink tweeted. “Always get right back on the horse that bucked you. Thank u gorgeous people of Salem, Germany!!! Totally worth it!”

Pink, who is known for incorporating aerial stunts in her performances, was rushed to the hospital immediately after the painful fall.

She was not clipped in properly to the harness and when it began to lift, Pink was flung from the stage, ending the concert.

From the ambulance, the Grammy winner apologized to her fans via twitter and later assured them that she was okay.

“Nothings broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore,” the singer tweeted.

Pink’s "Funhouse Summer Carnival Tour" will conclude, July 25 in Norway
