Obama is participating in a video conference with European leaders during Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's address to Congress, NBC News reported. Obama's top diplomat, Secretary of State John Kerry, also won't be in attendance for Netanyahu's speech either. He will be joining negotiations with the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia and China regarding Iran's nuclear program. Netanyahu is stridently opposed to negotiations with Iran over its nuclear program.
