NJ Transit Trains Delayed to, From Penn Station During Morning Rush

New Jersey Transit trains were delayed in and out of New York's Penn Station Thursday morning after a train got stuck in a tube underneath the Hudson River.

Trains in and out of the hub were delayed by about 30 minutes after a train lost power in the tunnel's south tube at about 8:30 a.m., according to NJ Transit.

The Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast, Raritan Valley, Morris & Essex and Montclair-Boontown lines were all faced the delays.

The train was cleared from the tunnel and trains started running close to schedule by about 10:30 a.m., officials said.
