Texas Tech quarterback Graham Harrell was surprisingly left out. He's the latest in a long line of prolific passers to run coach Mike Leach's Air Raid offense and leads the nation with 4,747 yards passing. He's also thrown 41 touchdown passes and has led Texas Tech to a school-record 11 victories and a tie for first in the Big 12 South with Texas and Oklahoma..

Tebow was the first sophomore to win the Heisman last year and is trying to become the second player to win it twice.
