In a presidential first, Barack Obama led a town hall Wednesday where all the questions were solicited via Twitter. He warned GOP congressional critics against “toying” with negotiations over raising the debt limit, adding the debt ceiling "should not be something used as a gun against the head of the American people.” Everyone from House Speaker John Boehner (@JohnBoehner) to The New York Times' Nick Kristof (@NickKristof) and a regular Texan called "@Shnaps" had a shot at tweeting the president a question with the hashtag #askobama. Obama called Boehner’s inquiry – “Where are the jobs?” – a “slightly skewed question” since the economy is creating jobs. But he conceded the government could do more to spur faster economic growth.
