Police Investigate Multiple Flashings on New Jersey College Campus

A man exposed himself on campus at Montclair State University and minutes later students spotted a man performing another lewd act nearby, police said Thursday.

It’s not clear whether one or two men are responsible.

At 11 p.m. Wednesday a man exposed himself and used his cell phone to light or record his actions, campus police said in an email to students. He was wearing a blue shirt and had a hairy chest, police said.

Students yelled at him and he ran off, police said.

About 24 minutes later, a man wearing a black ski mask and a gray T-shirt was masturbating outside of a first floor window of a student residence complex, The Village, but ran when confronted by a resident, police said.

Last week, police investigated a report by two female students that a man wearing a black bandana across his face was following them late at night while they walked to their bus stop.

He allegedly exposed himself and was masturbating but took off when he was seen.

No arrests have been made in any of the cases.
