Mega Millions is now worth more than a half-billion dollars.
No tickets matched the winning numbers Tuesday night for the $475 million Mega Millions jackpot, the seventh largest prize in the lottery game’s history.
The numbers were: 25, 37, 46, 48, 68 and the Mega Ball, 25. The jackpot now jumps to at least $530 million for the next drawing on Friday.
The $530 million jackpot refers to the annuity option, paid over 29 years. A winner who chooses to take the cash option would receive $349.9 million, before taxes.
It costs $2 to play the game and players must select five numbers from 1 to 70 and one Mega Ball from 1 to 25. The odds of matching all six numbers and winning the jackpot is 1 in 302.6 million.
