The Malaysian Prime Minister said Thursday that if a Malaysia Airlines plane that crashed in Ukraine was indeed shot down, "the perpetrators must swiftly be brought to justice," NBC News reported. Prime Minister Najib Razak said investigators are being dispatched to Ukraine. Malaysian officials have not confirmed that the Boeing 777-200 was shot down, but it is widely believed to be the case.
