Jennifer Lopez and "Hamilton" star Lin-Manuel Miranda performed a song penned to benefit survivors of the Orlando club massacre, on NBC's "Today" show Monday morning.
The two stars released "Love Make the World Go Round" last week, with sales of the single going toward the Somos Orlando Fund. They performed the song live for the very first time on "Today" in front of an audience that included 50 Orlando survivors and family members.

"The world needs this right now — the world really needs the message of love being the answer," Lopez said of the dance track. "That's what really matters and that's what makes the world go 'round, and nothing else. Hate, anger — it's not going to get us anywhere."
Lopez said she knew Miranda was the perfect artist to collaborate with, especially after hearing his "Love is love is love" speech at the Tony Awards following shooting.
