Lawyers are crying foul after FBI agents went undercover as computer repairmen in a July sting to catch members of an illegal betting ring operating out of a high-roller suite at a Las Vegas casino, NBC News reported. Agents cut off Internet access to the room of 50-year-old Malaysian millionaire Paul Phua and entered as repairmen to gather evidence against him and his son, later accusing them of taking millions of dollars in bets on the World Cup. Phua's defense attorney says police can't just trick their way into any private resident with solely a tip.
