Debra Messing Sells Home For $11.4 Million Lickety-Split

The actress bought the home in 2007 from Renee Zellweger.

Debra Messing of "Smash" (or if you're still in the '90s, you'll recognize her from the hit series "Will & Grace") has sold her Bel-Air home for $11.4 million after listing it only a month ago, reports the LA Times.
Located in one of the most sought out areas in Bel-Air, the traditional Paul Williams design was built in 1937. Messing bought the property from actress Renee Zellweger in 2003 for $7 million.

The home has a private master bedroom with his and hers baths and large walk-in closets. There are also bay windows, a den, a bar, a gym, four fireplaces, six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. 
The more than half-acre lot is gated and features a pool and cabana with rolling lawn and offers total privacy behind tall hedges.
