Passenger Found Dead in Greyhound Bus Bathroom After Dallas Arrival

A passenger was found dead in the bathroom of a Greyhound bus at a Dallas maintenance facility Wednesday morning, authorities said.

Greyhound spokeswoman Lanesha Gipson said the body was discovered in the bus bathroom at the facility in the 300 block of Continental Avenue. She said a maintenance crew boarded the bus and found the bathroom door locked. An employee was able to get the door open just enough to see a body inside.

Gipson said the bus traveled from Los Angeles to Texas, stopping in El Paso, Abilene and Fort Worth before reaching Dallas.

Workers then summoned police.

Gipson said Greyhound officials had no reported disturbances or problems on the bus before the body was found. She had no additional information on the passenger.
