After undergoing successful heart-valve replacement surgery in May, Barbara Walters is marking the day she'll reclaim her seat among the women of "The View."

For the show's July 12 episode, Walters, 80, will join her colleagues via Skype. She is expected to make her official return in September.

When she announced her upcoming surgical procedure on May 10, Walters said: "You know how healthy I have been - never missed a day's work."
