"They let her stay at the booth because she was Amanda Bynes and they knew her history. She asked for extra napkins before she even placed an order."

The eyewitness continued, "Amanda was at the table by herself with all her makeup spread out across the table. She was talking to herself and putting on a ton of makeup. She would apply some, look in her compact and make weird pouty faces and they say to herself, 'Ok, that looks fine.'"

Bynes, who ordered a Shirley Temple and coconut shrimp, only stayed at the eatery for about 20 minutes before bolting out the door.

"She had a really weird gait to her, she was power walking with posture like a pregnant woman. It was bizarre."

The 28-year-old starlet was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles earlier this week after officials noticed her driving erratically in the early morning hours.

"Amanda was displaying symptoms that led us to believe she may have been under the influence of a stimulant," a CHP spokesperson told E! News shortly after the arrest. "It possibly could be a combination of a stimulant and other drugs. We do not know."

Bynes was released on $15,000 bail immediately after she was booked but has not broken her silence since her latest legal woe.
