Attack on woman at Pembroke Pines Burger King caught on video

A man was caught on camera dragging a woman out of a South Florida Burger King after allegedly pushing her head in a toilet and threatening her life, Pembroke Pines police say.

The incident happened Sunday morning at the fast food restaurant at 8913 Taft Street, police said in a news release.


A witness told police she saw the woman walk into the bathroom of the restaurant followed by a man, then a heard a commotion inside.

When the witness entered the bathroom, she saw the victim on the ground getting her head pushed into a toilet by the man. She told them both to leave the restaurant and they got up and started walking out.


Before they left, the man grabbed the woman by the hair and pulled her out of the restaurant, police said. The incident was captured by the store's surveillance system.

"You're going to die today and I'm going to be the one to do it," the man told the woman, according to the witness, before he shoved her into the front seat of a car that was being driven by another man.


The car, a four-door silver Infinity with a rear spoiler and University of Miami sticker in the back window, left before police arrived.

Police are looking for the woman and two men. She is described as a female in her 20s, about 5-foot-5, 140-145 pounds, with shoulder-length black hair.

The first suspect is described as a male in his 20s, about 6-foot, with a slim build and black hair. The driver is described as a male with dark curly hair.
