Daniel St. Hubert was indicted last week on charges of murder and other crimes. He's being investigated in connection with two other recent stabbings - one in a Chelsea subway station and a fatal attack on 18-year-old Tanaya Copeland blocks away from where the children were stabbed.

St. Hubert had been released from prison May 23 after serving five years for attempted murder and assault.
