Maryland State Police say an 11-year-old boy is among three people charged with first-degree murder in the February slaying of their stepfather in Port Deposit.
Police announced the charges Thursday in the fatal shooting of Vincent Robertson, 47. The other defendants are a 14-year-old boy and 23-year-old Alishawaine Monk.
Police say they are children of Robertson's wife. They were living with the couple when Robertson was found injured in his home Feb. 17.
