An American service member and a civilian were among seven people killed when a massive car bomb exploded Tuesday near the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, a U.S. military official said. At least four Afghan civilians were killed and 20 people hurt in the blast, NBC News reported. The Taliban took responsibility for the attack.
