A South Jersey woman who fatally stabbed a man last year during an argument in his home has been sentenced to 20 years in state prison.
Camden County prosecutor's say 25-year-old Shakeysha Pruitt of Berlin must serve about 17 years of the term imposed Friday before she becomes eligible for parole.
Pruitt had pleaded guilty last month to aggravated manslaughter in the July 2013 death of 33-year-old Kafarr Logan-Horton.
Prosecutors say Pruitt went to the victim's Oaklyn home and they began arguing. She then got a knife from his kitchen and stabbed him.
Authorities have not said what the pair were arguing about when the attack occurred.
