Police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found after firefighters extinguished an early morning blaze in her East Mt. Airy home Monday.
The fire broke out in a twin on the 1200 block of Cliveden Street, around 12:30 a.m.
Rosalyn (Rose) Daniels, 27, was found dead with multiple stab wounds after the flames were put out, according to authorities. Police say the victim was stabbed to death. They believe that the fire was supposed to cover up the murder.

Daniel was remembered as a good friend.
