Is Wildwood ready to rock out?
Officials in the Jersey Shore town are currently considering bringing up to 15 concerts to Wildwood over the next three years, with as many as five separate beach shows during each of the next three summer seasons, according to the Press of Atlantic City.
Musical performances on South Jersey beaches began cropping up in recent years. Jimmy Buffett drew fans from hours away for his early August concert, while Hurricane Hermine caused officials to cancel other shows planned this past summer season.
