An Upper Darby man was arrested on June 6 for possessing and sharing child pornography, according to the Delaware County Times.
The Delaware County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force began their investigation of 31-year-old Theane A. Fields on April 26. Detective Lisa Carroll was looking for people with child pornography using the network Gnutell when she discovered a computer sharing 18 files, six of which were identified as child pornography, reports the paper.
She traced the files to a computer in Fields' home on Kingston Road in Upper Darby, according to the Delco Times.
The paper reports that Fields is being held on 10 percent of $100,000 bail. He is facing multiple child pornography charges.
