Uber is expanding its uberPOOL coverage throughout the greater Philadelphia area for the SEPTA worker strike.
Uber Philadelphia announced Monday they were expanding the uberPOOL coverage zone by 800% (from 293 to 2,672 square miles) to cover all SEPTA rail stations. The company added coverage to the following lines:
- Miquon line: 5 new stations
- Doylestown: 13 new stations
- Warminster: 2 new stations
- West Trenton: 6 new stations
- Trenton: 4 new stations
- Paoli/Thorndale: 15 new stations
- Media/Elwyn: 5 new stations
- Newark: 9 new stations
- Total additional stations covered = 59 stations
