Police in western Pennsylvania say Thanksgiving took a bizarre twist after a turkey crashed through the window of a local restaurant.
The Eat'n Park in Penn Hills was closed for the holiday when the 15-pound feathered fowl landed in the dining room Thursday afternoon.
It did not survive the impact.
Penn Hills police Officer Bernard Sestili tells WTAE-TV that he responded when the building's alarm went off. He says the turkey flew into the window and was not thrown.
