Sources: Artisan Mobile Acquired by Seattle-based Ad Measurement Company

Artisan Mobile is on the verge of selling to the Seattle-based ad measurement company Tune, multiple sources have told the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Specific details of the deal are unconfirmed. Artisan CEO Bob Moul declined comment Monday afternoon.

Several senior employees have already left the company, according to sources. Artisan's former principal software engineer Chris Baglieri updated his LinkedIn page to reflect his new role as SnipSnap's vice president of engineering. Artisan's former design director Kevin Jackson is headed to RJMetrics.
