Call it good timing β Tropicana Atlantic City has completed $40 million in propertywide renovations just in time for the first day of summer.
The Trop on Monday announced the completion of $40 million in enhancements to its property that includes redesigned hotel rooms, a high-limit slot area, a hair salon, corner market, and multimedia shows on the Boardwalk.
The casino, in 2015 and 2016, has undergone a total of $90 million in renovations.
A significant portion of the funds went toward the renovation of 500 hotel rooms at the casino's Havana Tower to include new carpeting, textured wall coverings, and "spa-inspired" bathrooms with large walk-in showers and modern artwork.
