A tractor-trailer blocked the entrance to I-95 southbound at Front and Market streets.
Officials say the driver was trying to negotiate a turn but got stuck in the entrance Tuesday. The southbound entrance to I-95 at that location was closed. Workers were eventually able to move the truck. No injuries were reported.
