Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf took his 'Jobs that Pay' tour to Urban Outfitters headquarters in the Navy Yard in South Philadelphia Friday morning.
Wolf toured the clothing company's corporate headquarters.
The tour comes as news breaks that the United States added 242,000 jobs in February.
