A 2-year old fell from a second story window at a home in West Philly.
You could see a stuffed animal still on the rooftop near the upstairs windows.
This happened Tuesday afternoon at a home in the 12-hundred block of N. 53rd Street.
The child was awake and alert at a local hospital and expected to be okay, according to police.
