Temple University School of Medicine signed a deal to have Lancaster General Hospital become a major clinical teaching site for Temple medical students.
The agreement, which expands an existing relationship between the two organizations, calls for Temple med students to serve clinical rotations at the central Pennsylvania medical center in four specialty areas: internal medicine, OB/GYN, family medicine and psychiatry. Other rotations are expected to be added in the near future.
Temple students previously did family medicine clerkships at Lancaster General Hospital.
