Man Stabbed in Northeast Philadelphia

Police are investigating the stabbing of a man in Northeast Philadelphia early Friday morning.

The stabbing happened about 1 a.m. in the 4500 block of Vista Street in the city’s Holmesburg section.

A 25-year-old man was stabbed in the head and side, police said. He was taken to Aria Health Torresdale Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

So far, no arrests have been made and a motive was not immediately known.
